Spacious room and great customer service
It was located very near Kota Casablanca and other huge malls in this part of Jakarta, so transport was quick. The food as well as service was great. Room was big and spacious.
Unfortunately, found quite a bit of issues in my room such as stains on the carpet, lights blinking and a stench in the toilet, but the staff did their best to check and clean…

A very nice hotel with lovely and helpful staff
We had a business Executive Room The room and bathroom were very large and very clean The Pool was lovely and relaxing On the days we were at the hotel the restaurant for breakfast was very busy and chaotic, the lovely lady hosting was very apologetic We decided to come back later and offered us takeaway coffees On our return still busy but managed to get a table The food selection was enormous but as it was so busy some food items were not available but saying that if you asked the waiters they were able to assist with your request.
We were disappointed that the Executive Lounge was closed for renovation Therefore as stated on their website there was no drinks and snacks served all day, but they did have a 3 hour evening for executive level members to go to the bar order drinks and snacks during this time. This was fine but usually you are able to go and see what is on offer and select your own in this case staff brought out a few bits and then you could reorder the same again!
